5 steps:

  1. Download the free Zoom app to your device,                           .

  2. Select your class type/ weekly pass.

  3. Reserve your space on your Mindbody account.

  4. We will send a link to join the class via email, 10-15 minutes before your class starts. (Please ensure you check your email ‘spam’ folder.) 

  5. We will also recommend you an optional playlist to listen to during the class on Soundcloud or Spotify (see sample playlist's below, use google chrome).

No equipment required, however, Intermediates and the advanced can use additional hand weight and resistance bands if desired.
