5 steps:

  1. Download the free Zoom app to your device,                           .

  2. We will send a link to join the class via email, 10-15 minutes before your class starts. (Please ensure you check your email ‘spam’ folder.) 

  3. We will also recommend you an optional playlist to listen to during the class (see sample playlist's below, use google chrome).

  4. Create your own room setting.

  5. No equipment required, however, Intermediates and the advanced can use additional hand weight and resistance bands if desired.
