Our studio is located in the Gymbox building, 100 High Holborn, London WC1V 6RD. You do not have to be a member of Gymbox to attend any Dripset classes.


The classes are held every Sunday from 4.00pm-5.00pm in (studio 1), It is a air-conditioned and spacious area with club like lights. 


There are showers, toilets and lockers in the changing rooms (located opposite the studio). You will also have access to the gym's sauna and you may use the hair straighteners and dryers provided. Please bring your own towel and padlock, as these items will not be provided.


There is free parking in the area on Sundays, 'Boswell Street' is a good street to park on.

Dripset is a modern, group Pilates workout tuned to the latest and old school hip-hop sounds with the occasional Rn'B and afrobeat tunes. The duration of each class is one hour. 


The lively atmosphere  gives the participants a buzz to workout!  Making every class not only beneficial but fun. 

Motivating music is played from the speakers, the instructor motivates and leads the classes talking into a microphone head piece.

Equipment used in the classes are mats and sometimes Pilates rings which are provided.


It is recommended you bring a bottle of water and a face towel to the classes as you are expected to work up a sweat. If you feel to bring your own mat or Pilates ring you are more than welcome.

We occasionally have a live DJ! Who plays the hottest beats throughout the class. (DJ is subject to change and is not guaranteed in every class).

Glow sticks are also provided as well as UV face painting (which is optional). If you would like your face/body painted just arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled class. You may also use the Gymbox gym & sauna after the class if you would like to end the afternoon on a high, wind down and relax- think of it as the cherry on top of the class!

Note: Sauna is located in the changing rooms.

Everyone who purchases either the 5 block or 10 block of classes will get sent a FREE nutritional guidance booklet to use from devices such as phones, tablets, laptops and computers.
