Frequently Asked Questions
ARE THE CLASSES FOR ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS?
Here at Dripset we welcome all levels of fitness to come and try out our classes. Pilates is about your own personal journey on the mat. We have a “do what you can” philosophy. Our instructors will offer modifications and adjustments as needed.
AM I READY FOR A DRIPSET CLASS?
If you come with an open mind and good vibes, you are more than ready.
HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I GIVE MYSELF BEFORE CLASS TO ARRIVE?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before to check in, put your things away, set up your mat, talk with the instructor if need be and prepare yourself for the class. It also gives you a chance to meet the rest of our Dripset squad.
WHAT FACILITIES CAN I USE?
There are showers, toilets and lockers in the changing rooms (located opposite the studio). You may also have access to the gym and it's sauna after the class, and use the hair straighteners and dryers provided. Please bring your own towel and padlock, as these items will not be provided. There is free parking in the area on Sundays, 'Boswell Street' is a good street to park on.
WHAT DO I BRING?
It is recommended you bring a bottle of water and a face towel to the classes as you are expected to work up a sweat. Bring your own padlock if you intend on using the lockers in the changing rooms.
If you feel to bring your own mat or Pilates ring you are more than welcome, but they will be provided otherwise.
