Our PT services incorporate body weight training or use a variety of equipment, we specialise in Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, functional fitness, strength, flexibility, endurance and resistance style training. Some examples of equipment that might be used:
A Reformer bed

Foam roller/ Hard ball/ Poles and more...
Music to motivate you during your workout is optional with this service.
Great opportunity to be acquainted with your trainer, sample a training session and have an initial consultation to discuss your training requirements.
NUTRITION & TRAINING PROGRAMS:
We create you your very own personalised workout program that you can do either outside, in a gym or even in the comfort of your own home. 3 Simple steps:
Send us a brief email description of your health & fitness goals + age + height + body weight + gender + contact phone number.
We will then arrange to call you for a quick over the phone consultation to expand a bit more on your goals.
We will send you over your very own personalised 8-10 week plan, with your recommended and calculated macro & calorie in-take. You have the option to renew your plan every 8 weeks - 10 weeks at just £50 per renewal. Nutrition and training plans are sold separately, the price for both plans together will be £90.

MOBILE PERSONAL TRAINING:
Because we come to you, you are not paying for travel or even a gym membership on top of your personal training fee!
